holistic postpartum support for mamas

Laying the Foundations 1:1s

✔ Best for: Every woman beginning this journey — the woman who has become depleted, dysregulated, and no longer quite at home in herself. Sometimes this is triggered by the body's great transitions: preparing for what's ahead, the postpartum months or years, perimenopause, or finding your footing in menopause. Sometimes it comes through hormonal disruption, a season of hardship, or an experience that has quietly uncoupled you from who you are. However you have arrived, this is where we lay the ground together. We get to know you properly, build something entirely yours, and establish the foundations your body needs to feel safe enough to restore, rebuild, and come home to itself.

— What's included:

  • 90-minute initial consultation — we go through your full health history, your reproductive timeline, and your current stage, and clarify your aims together

  • A personalised protocol — your own action plan, built from the full interpretation of any functional test results (HTMA, comprehensive blood panels) and my guidance for safe at-home GI assessments

  • A 45-minute follow-up — where we review how you're settling into the protocol and adjust it as your body responds

  • Ongoing protocol adjustments — refined as we learn how your body is responding

Private testing costs are separate — all interpretation and practitioner time for your included tests is covered. If you already have, or would like to add, a more advanced panel — DUTCH, GI Map, DNA, or another private test — I'm happy to interpret it as part of your protocol, with a €50 interpretation fee per additional panel.

A weekly yoga & fascia release practice for feeling safe, strong, and at home in your body.

This is not just a yoga class. It is a weekly practice for coming back to yourself — a space to move what the body has been holding, build strength, and return to a felt sense of safety, connection, and steadiness in your own body.

So much of what we carry lives in the body — in tight fascia, in held breath, in the shoulders that never quite drop, in the tension. Stress is part of daily life, more constant than we like to admit, and this held tension is simply the body's response to it, accumulated over time. This practice is a way of meeting that. Some weeks we work with the fascia — the connective web that holds us — releasing, hydrating, restoring fluidity and realigning posture. Some weeks we let our energy flow, building strength and alignment; teaching the body to stand and move from a place of steadiness and power. Some weeks are slow and deep, the pause we need to let the nervous system regulate.

Part of this practice is learning to feel where your body is in space again — to sense it from the inside, to know its edges, to move with intention: to push, to pull, to hold, and to release. So many of us have lost this felt connection to our own bodies. Rebuilding it is part of how we come back to feeling strong, capable, and at home in ourselves.

Over time, it becomes a practice you return to — not to fix yourself, but to understand your body, move what it's holding, and stay rooted in yourself, again and again.

What's included:

  • Twelve live classes a month — weekly yoga, fascia release, breath, and nervous system work, held live on Zoom

  • Recordings of four classes — so you can return to them any time, at your own pace, in your own space

  • A monthly gathering — a talk or workshop on something that matters: nourishment, the nervous system, rhythms, the body's seasons

  • 15% off a monthly supplement and wellness order — every third Thursday of each month.

  • A circle of women walking the same path — you are not doing this alone

Founding members: €35/month, locked in for life.

Coming soon- the deeper work

Everything above is the foundation. But there is a deeper layer to this work, one I am building carefully because it matters too much to rush.

I have come to understand — in my own body as much as in my work with women — that lasting healing rests on one thing above all: safety. A body that does not feel safe cannot fully restore, no matter how good the protocol. So the deeper work I am developing is exactly this: a guided journey into safety itself — nervous system, fascia, breath, and the slow, real process of learning to feel safe, steady, and at home in your own body again.

I am creating this slowly and intentionally, testing and refining it with a small group of women before I offer it more widely. If this is the work that calls to you — if you sense that what you are really looking for is not another quick fix, but a genuine return to safety in yourself — I would love for you to be among the first to know when it opens.
